Common questions
- I can't see my pet's name — Tap ⚙ at the bottom right and enter a name under your pets. A name tag appears next to the character.
- Reminders don't arrive — Turn on notifications for PawMinute in your device settings. Reminders come only at the times in your schedule.
- The character stops at the bowl — It is meal or walk time. Once you have taken care of it, tap the green "Done" button and your friend eats and goes back to the clock.
- The character sleeps at night — 10 pm to 7 am is sleep time. You can switch it off in ⚙ settings.
- Do my records move to a new device? — Not yet; everything is stored on the device you use.
- Where do I enter a purchase code? — A web purchase gives you a code starting with PAW-. In the web app (pawminute.com) or the desktop clock, tap a locked friend and enter the code (the iPhone app does not take codes). A one-friend code works on 1 device, an unlock-all code on up to 5.
